The EBOTS Way
EBOTS is unique in that it reshuffles teams each season for camaraderie. Yesterday's opponent is today's teammate. While winning is thrilling, fun and safety are paramount. We champion positive, enjoyable soccer for all.

Keep it positive on the pitch. We encourage a positive attitude towards everyone on the field. Cheer on your teammates and congratulate the other team after the game, no matter the outcome.
03 / Inclusion
In EBOTS we have a wide range of skill level and experience. All players are entitled to equal minutes regardless of skill level. Everyone subs, and everyone plays.
04 / Safety
As a community, we respect one another’s safety. We prioritize playing with safety in mind to ensure everyone shows up to work on Monday in good health. Hostile behavior and dangerous play are not allowed. Fouls are respected when called.
Board
The EBOTS board is comprised of league members, and are elected by fellow league members. These individuals volunteer their time to keep EBOTS alive, to carry out the tasks that allow the league to run as smoothly as possible, and to maintain the spirit and integrity of EBOTS. The Board members are an invaluable component as EBOTS continues to be an independent non-profit organization, not affiliated with any city or province.
